The business case for diversity, equity in inclusion is pretty well accepted. Having a more diverse population within your employee group tends to lead to more innovation and better business outcomes. But when it comes to low aged jobs, in particular, were traditionally marginalized people are actually the most in need of support,. That business case doesn't hold up the same way. And potentialy thre's a different conversation that we need to be having.
