I'm a Butterfly Like Millions of Other Butterflies

I'm thinking about the butterfly and the pupa. And you said, does the caterpillar feel afraid? What's going on inside? And then one way to see it is, there's this glorious transformation. And now this says the caterpillar to himself. Look, I turned into a butterfly. I'm beautiful. I'm migrating to Mexico. Or we could think about it as, I'm a butterfly like millions of other butterflies. I've become my true self in an ordinary way. It's lovely and so on, but I'm not inflated about it. That's that idea about wholeness rather than perfection. Yes. We're just becoming our wholeness self.
