The Importance of Systems in a Business

I don't like to see a solo operator. I need to see a team with a business around it. And again, the systems, yes, they matter, but if you don't have systems, to me, you don’t have a business. So those are two huge things that I look for. Do they disqualify somebody right away? Not on the staff of a finger,. But yeah, you're gonna have to have some pre-phenomenal other boxes to check for me to overlook those.
