The Importance of Intersectionality in Marxism

Intersectionality is how you relate where your social position is against all of the various systems of power that neo-Marxist and identity politics see in the world. They call it a relational, they say has to be analyzed relationally. Power and privilege are relational to where you stand in this social order, to these systems of power.
