i want to believe that people down play compliments, but i think that maybe it's just me. People don't recognize and encourage them as much as they could. Ye might have some talk sick managers out there that tend not to do that. And so the irony is, in our organizations, we keep saying, oh, let's just have anybody do that, or anybody can do that. Of course the outcome isn't good. You're asking somebody who's no good at this, who doesn't want to do it, to perform in that way.
