The texas supreme court signalled pretty clearly that courts were not going to take t s cases seriously. Now it doesn't undo the harm, right? There are a lot of confused bureaucrats and social workers now in the department of family protective services who are doing what they can to figure out what the clearest order is. But i want to say that does not mean that that investigation is lawful. If somebody does come knocking trying to investigate someone for child abuse, just for supporting their transcator, their trans patient, the a us Department of health and human services has an office of civil rights where you can report that as something that is unlawful'
