Sherlock's Apprehension in the Great Game
Sherlock knows about John's blog and he is pretending that he has not seen it. In the beginning of the great game, Sherlock starts bitching about John’s blog as if he has just discovered it. So my understanding or my interpretation is that Sherlock doesn't know if he can trust anybody because of his line of work. But then later on the episode, John saves his life and Sherlock has that moment of like, wow, he's so dreamy. I can trust him with my life. Let's go have dinner.
