What's the Definition of Shortage of Dollars?
When the total amount of dollars being created goes up, we have more liquidity. We see assets go up; when it goes down, then we see assets go down. Not that people can't get them, but they're just less of them because they're not as cheap as they were before. Now, the treasury market is just like Bitcoin in that sense. There's just supply and demand. You sell a lot of surgeries. You're going to get unstable prices. And that's exactly what's going on right now.
