The Primary External Classification of Shoulder Impingement
Externally impingement is issues of the subochromial space. Internal impingement deals with the theory that the super spinatus and the infraspidatus can become impinged or irritated into abduction and external rotation against the posterior superior glenoid rim. And I'm sure there's other ones out there. Are we grouping all of these together? Or is our discussion today only applicable to certain classifications?
