The expectancy there that I often see is that, oh, by the way, over here is our design system. So just use that. That's totally unfair. No, it's kind of in some ways like having a new team member. They say that when you bring a new team members on board, you effectively start from scratch. You have to establish new shared values, new principles, new ways of working and all the rest of it.
