I think the evidence is that that's the case certainly from a person perception standpoint. People judge others on their characteristics on their merits and their characteristics. And when you combine that with the very weak evidence from the predictive validity of things like implicit bias, it crowds out bias. So if nothing biases don't occur or can occur, there are times that they do when they can’t.
