In order to delight our users, we need to create a culture of innovation in everything we do. We recently launched a programme called project tenper ant as a way to inhibit new inovative ideas that are generated by our own team members. The idea is to put ten per cent of our resources into these high risk, innoviative projects. But great ideas onl just come from within quinders.
