What Would You Focus on to Generate Leads and Get Noticed in a New Market?

Our first question comes from Ryan Alexander in Pennsylvania. He asks, if you had to move into a new market for whatever reason and we're in a market where you didn't know anybody or you didn't knows very many people, what would you focus on to dominate that market? I just started doing videos because I've heard, you know, obviously that that's a big part of it, but I wanted to get your insight on it. That's my question and I appreciate everything you guys are doing at bigger pockets. You truly are changing lives.
