The delivery cube is basically what I walk through mentally to think, how am I going to deliver the thing? So first is what's the outcome, all right? The outcome is what are the other problems that this customer is going to have or experience before or after they use the product. And there's no problems they're gonna be assuming that these are not those days. These are all things that take one time time investments that you can add into the core product for no added cost and then sell that product at a premium because of the insular values we've stacked onto it.
