The Role of Machine Learning in Gene Therapy Manufacturing

Where we feel like the place where we can make the biggest impact on these therapies is in the manufacturing. There are design flaws in that construct and that there are places where because of the actual sequence of the A's, T's, C's and G's,. secondary and tertiary structures lead to either inappropriate truncation so you don't get a full read of the protein; or breaks that allow your payload, your genetic therapeutic payload to make a chimeric molecule.
