i really try to focus on just how much volume can i get a specific amount of time with big exercises and 20 sets a week in in those things, i mixed it up only to have fun and feel different things. I love actually training at the gym that i'm able to get to, even though it's so far away right now,. There's a lot of things that i just can't do that i're able to do at at a fully functioning jim That has lots of t bar ros o, so much fun. Love every ti. Want to do them every day.
