Post Humanism - Can You Define It?

i am a post humanist and also an anti transhumanist so could could you define uh could you define post humanism again no i mean it's so hard because it's a lot of things. The easiest way to define it is to say something like we were never human to begin with. I just think it's the most descriptively true it's not the world i prefer even it's just the mostdescriptively true okay.
