The Olympics and the Fitness Level in the Olympics?

We want to be race ready for all the races we do and we want to be at the best in the Olympics. But that also means that the fitness level is quite okay during the year. It is very independent but over-atlas think that the first week at altitude camp, nice weather, easy cycling, trekking in the mountains is actually kind of a vacation and mental relaxation. So for that means actually better doing that or staying at the beach for one week can do nothing.
