The SEC has to approve futures ETFs, which are derivatives. CME is a regulated market, which is launched into the futures, Chicago Mercantile Exchange. So therefore, it's a market of significant size, even though there's plenty of other Bitcoin futures products around the world. BlackRock filed for an ETS last week and will have to go through this process called the 19 B4 process - applying for a rule change. It could take anywhere from a week to two weeks after we saw the filing.
