How to Connect Product Metrics to a Bigger Picture
A lot of product managers, especially on the team level, have a really hard time connecting what they're working on back up to the business. I think it's very important to kind of contextualize these things in a way that actually makes sense. If we have a team that has KPIs that they can't really impact and drive, it's kind of meaningless. And generally, doesn't count too much. So, it's more thinking.
