How to Predict Cognitive Ability With Genetics
The current best predictors for cognitive ability and just to make a parenthetical kind of which we can pick up later. And the limitation on the quality of prediction is almost entirely due to the limited amount of data we have to analyze. But it's nowhere near this plus or minus one inch level of precision that we have for height. In both cases that genetic architecture both for height and for IQ they're very similar so they're both controlled by a border 10,000 individual genetic variants or low side in the genome.
