The Destructive Effect of Leaks on the Decision Making Process
The ability to protect what you're doing during the deliberative process is crucial. I think the leak of the Supreme Court document was very harmful to that. It's a simple thought. Not everything should be public. The Russians understand it because when those leaks were happening, immediately the troll farms, the IRA, in Moscow would magnify all of those leaks.
