This house has seen better days. That's a term you can use when something isn't quite as good as it used to be. Some very old computers here. Closet with some jackets. This next room is what we would probably call a storage room. Probably a dead mouse or two somewhere in here too. So yeah, if my brother does accept this job, it is going to be his responsibility to get all of this stuff out of here and properly dispose of it.
