The d f c provided a loan to the africa eye foundation, which was setting up a fridal class premier cataract institute and camera. Tay already had put in a lot of time, effort and resources into developing this orthis eye clinic. But they needed additional financing to complete and to also expand and offer services to clients. That's where the d f c came in, and we provided a loan based on certain criteria. Our loan was provided, we pre agreed with them on the criteria. And if the criteria was mad we would be repaid by different foundations.
