Bernardo: There is a world that has standalone reality. It's not physical, physical. But behind the dashboard, behind the measurement, there is a real world. He says our respective dashboards are taking measurements from the same world in which we are immersed. And because both raters areMeasurement doesn't just disclose what the observable properties were right prior to measurement. No, measurement brings the observable properties into existence. We can categorically say that now, based on science, the screen of perception is an incoded, inferential measurement mechanism.
