The Different Verticals of My Practice
At the FTC, it was mostly about bringing investigations and lawsuits against companies after they had allegedly violated the law. Here, I can advise companies as they're building their compliance programs. So that's number one is advisory and counseling. Number two is transactional. The third vertical is cybersecurity issues. And then the final vertical is government investigations. Now I represent companies when the FTC is coming and I can help defend them against FTC action.
