Running in a Race, Right?

The book is a series of thought experiments on the nature of games. In one scenario, a man runs in a race despite not being allowed to do so because there's a barbed wire fence around the track. The author says he doesn't know what the stakes are for this definition but that it makes sense if you think about game theory.
