The Integrity and Ethics Commission
Commission would create a separation between those who are investigating and overseeing a system of ethics. And then that would go to the prime minister through an ethics investigation. As you said, Kath, she also talked about a COBA, the body that regulates the post government work for ministers and civil servants. That would roll into this and be reformed with more stringent checks on what ministers did after they left office.
