Are We All Not Perfect?
I think I recognize so much of that in myself when I think about particularly my early career. It definitely took me quite a few years of almost uncomfortable unlearning to sort of let go of this idea of, well, I should know all of the answers. And if I don't ask you a question or saying, I don't know, it's unacceptable, I need to sort of pretend to be perfect. But there's also another enemy and that is that when we really, really think that we know how something works, we become after the stupid.
