For me a lot of it has actually been finding other founders who I think are like world class at one of those things and then I learn from them on that topic primarily. Great so one would be how do you think about managing someone on your team who's doing a good job but they're not amazing? You're often sort of struggling with exactly what to do particularly because you know going and recruiting someone else could be quite painful.
