For me a lot of it has actually been finding other founders who I think are like world class at one of those things and then I learn from them on that topic primarily. Great so one would be how do you think about managing someone on your team who's doing a good job but they're not amazing? You're often sort of struggling with exactly what to do particularly because you know going and recruiting someone else could be quite painful. So how do you thinking about the role of your job as a manager with that type of person?
