The Problem With Too Many Decisions That Are Too Big

The risk that I investigated the wrong thing paralyzes me and so I don't investigate anything. The tendency goes towards encouraging people to make decisions of much bigger cost and potentially consequence. If as a leader you kind of say well there's a problem we need to solve it you create a framing in which problems have blame attached. You're often left at sea and in an intolerant organization by not having those tools like a clear purpose, strategy or business model.
