The Challenges of Starting a Developer Job

The first challenge was feeling completely unprepared and confused. I remember thinking what have I gotten myself into. It was a very much learning journey. Everything that I worked on for pretty much the first year was a self-contained project intended to develop me. That's kind of that first year of my career. Very much make or break. There were points where I thought I really hate this and I'm not cut out for it but then other points whereI thought actually this is fun. When you start achieving stuff obviously that was a huge sense of achievement for me so that was motivation to carry on.
