A friend of mine went to a place where you're left by yourself. No phone, no TV, no internet, just you and your Bible. Total silence for 21 days. He said it was so amazing. But then when he came back his wife told him she felt like she had gone through withdrawals from Jesus. "I got to get back to Jesus to be alone with him"
