The Great Resignation?
There wasn't much that really looked explessly at mental health and great resignation. I think sometimes we either intentionally or incidentally collect data on mental health, and might be either intentionally or accidentally selecting people based on that. But i find superinteresting of our people not being hired because they have mental health disorders. That could be a competitive advantage for organizations if they're offering parody an mental health or have a strong culture around mental health.
