In order to access a medical patient's full record for some research i'm doing, i better have a really strong, like overriding reason to be able to do that. Most of my sudants can make varuses for accessing certain genus. Maybe you should be itis requiring dad for accessing certain protocults. But i'll go even further and suggest, and this is what makes me unpopular with most my verologists colleagues: virtually every experiment that you would need to do in order to develop vaccines or anti barals does not require you to know the full genum sequence of the virus in question.
