How to Fund a Minority Climbing Program
Climbers pay $150 a month for four years. They only pay when they're employed. We have over 50 employer partners and our employers generally pay a modest fee, but that is commiserate with recognizing that we are identifying talent that they wouldn't have found otherwise. And so if they're getting a 10 or 15k bump, they're going to pay a little bit more than $1,000 a year for a really nice salary increase. That together, all of that makes the program scalable and financeable with a long haul.
