Is Serverless the Best Way to Go?
I've always been a fan of the back-end stuff. The actor model is also a really nice kind of event driven architecture. These, but these tended to be on one, like in one process on one machine. But I talk about this when I talk about microservices and like microservices are great. They've got a bunch of advantages. But we were never, they were about decoupling deployment. We were quite good at doing that with monoliths. And so for instance, an IOT button, data saved to a database, you know, files dropped in a bucket, things like that. So it's a different way of thinking of polling or always listening.
