This is the most intense wave of labor militancy we are seeing now since the defeat of the miners and the print workers in in the mid 80s i think so that does put the current strike wave in a really significant historical perspective. Real wages just drop ever since well it depends how you measure real wages where does he does a share of GDP in wages.
