A Subsidy for Healthy Food in Local Communities
I think it's a bit of a british issue, really. We've been driving it for years. The only way to solve it is to tax the polluter. I don't know how this works exactly, but we should take some of that tax and subsidize healthy food in an areas where there is limited access to unpackaged, highly processed food.
