A Subsidy for Healthy Food in Local Communities
I think it's a bit of a british issue, really. We've been driving it for years. The only way to solve it is to tax the polluter. I don't know how this works exactly, but we should take some of that tax and subsidize healthy food in an areas where there is limited access to unpackaged, highly processed food. That is the way we have to change things. Because at the moment, pucker were, our first office was, we were in a part of bristol called hawkfield, which is quite in a potentially a socially challenged area.
