I think it was a combination of my own experience and then kind of experiences of my fellow reps and other agencies that I understood they were going through the same thing. So it wasn't like unique to necessarily my agency. It was more a problem at agencies, right? Which was, you know, I was blessed as an agent to have a wonderful list. Like I worked with amazing, big, amazing talent.
