The 40% Rule

I'm going to go back to David Goggins and he has what's called the 40% rule. He says you are only at 40% of your capacity. You have 60% left that you could tap. From that moment, I understood the pathway from slavery to freedom was reading. And it comes in context of having a conversation today with someone who teaches at the high school level. They said kids just don't need to know how to read anymore. It's being lost with phones, with our phones,. We're losing the capability of reading.
