i ran an agency with a lot of people, and or our employees are our most valuable asset. People would take 20 cam more because they got a promotion. They don't stay with us long. We're trying to invest in people. Our ip goes up and down the elevator every day at five p m. And culturally it wasn't like, it's not a blamed game, or i did this and you didn't. It was more about the fact that people were very transient. There is a whole culture along with what you're talking o. In fact, i wouldn't even call it hustle culture, but i think hustle culture would be an interesting aspect to talk about too
