Paid Leave Is Not Just for Moms

In the American workplace, you can get laid off at any time. You are like that essential, even though yes, you can be fired at anytime. One of the points that I really hope people take away from the book is that this is not just a mom issue. And so I think that these ideas need spokespeople that are not the predictable spokespeople because we are easy to dismiss for any variety of reasons if you don't agree with us.
