The Kings' Defense Made Life Tough on Steph Curry and Clay Thompson
Davion Mitchell was unsung hero of the game, his on-ball defense at the point of attack on Steph Curry. Clay Thompson coming off of actions, off ball, sub-bonus would sometimes hedge out, pressure him and take that action away. The Kings have played that way themselves all year long. Their defense is used to defending those actions within practices against each other. It felt like a team that was just totally prepared for what the Warriors do better than anybody over the last 10 years. That's just my first initial thought from the game.
