Leadership in a Workplace
I think that the atmosphere in a work place is absolutely crucial. It's not an attendant extra, but it's actually the mille that can determine so much. And i've always thought that the way you address someone and the way you engage with them is a huge determinant of what actually comes forth from them. The excitement for me of going into work places and corporations is that, first of all, when you go into a boardroom, there's huge intelligence in the room. Thereis also, if they bring the of mein, a huge willingness to ask themselves critical questions. I would like to hear about the work you do in corporations, in work places.
