How to Make Pdura Nan
To make the dure nan, mix all the ingredients with a met metal on until it forms a shaggy dough. Grease a large bowlw and your hand with some flavourless oil, then knead until the dough is springy and combined well. Then smear some oil on the surface of the dough, cover it with a damp tea tail and leave to rest for two to three hours. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small an and add the chopped coriander and nigella seeds. Heat the dry frying pan until it's hot and drop the nan on there. Balls will rise on the surface after a minute or so. Turn it over and cook on the other side
