Apple script is a tool that can be used to create shortcuts on the Mac. The show's host, John Sutter, has been using Apple script for years but couldn't figure out how to use it in his own work. He found an easy way by downloading and installing a third party app called display menu. Now he can change screen resolutions with just one line code of Apple script.
