A Winter on Wrangel Island
Lor knight and allan crawford are leaving wrangel island. They will walk 100 miles across the frozen chakche sea to siberia. Then they'll follow the siberian coast east to the bering strait, then across the ice to alaska. It's risky to travel across the ice, bu food is so scarce that they don't have any other choice. This is knight's chance to demonstrate that smart hunting, trapping and foraging can provide all that a person needs to survive here.
