Before notsy germany, law was merely a rule back by force from the state. But in judgment at nuremberg, you have this horribly difficult sion of judges who enforced laws written to put people into camps and eventually murder them. Were they doing their judicial role, or were they doing something fundamentally immoral that they should have been held accountable for? Do you have a position on the judgment? O, no.
