Is It More of the Fat Than the Carbs?
It's not so much the carb count as it is where they're, they're making that with whole milk and butter and buttermilk. And then you move to desserts. I mean, like ice cream, the carbs are not off the charts. You're probably a healthy guy, lean guys, eating more than that in white rice or potatoes at dinner. Now, cookies, you could start to stack your carbs, but you're also getting loads of fat in there.
